How Designation Works
Nomination
Lounges are nominated by industry peers, past guests, or directly by ownership. Each nomination is reviewed against Creekside’s founding standards of hospitality.
Evaluation
Our team conducts a thorough evaluation of daily operations, guest experience, staff culture, and the lounge’s commitment to treating guests better than they were found.
Interview
Finalists meet with the Creekside team for a candid conversation about ownership philosophy, what makes the lounge exceptional, and the standards they hold themselves to daily.
Designation
Lounges that meet the standard receive formal Creekside Collective Designation — a mark recognized by serious cigar enthusiasts and honored by the community.
